The Acts, Atlanta, GA Artistic Director 1999 - 2010 Oversaw all aspects of annual productions of faith-based musicals: script selection, producing, directing and designing sets & lights. Had the ability to work with limited resources and novice volunteers to create outstanding theatre pieces. Toured statewide to take our shows to smaller communities and reach an underserved audience. Productions included Godspell, Smoke on the Mountain, Children of Eden and Cotton Patch Gospel.

Worked extensively with children, youth and adult volunteers of varying skill levels. Ran sound, lights and video for all worship services for twelve years. Advised on and implemented new A/V technologies into the worship facilities. Created exciting and moving videos for church promotion.
Shorter University, Rome, GA Resident Lighting Designer 2002-2007 Brought artistic excellence to multiple theatrical productions in a small college setting with a limited budget. Four of these shows were selected to compete in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Mentored college students using basic lighting techniques.
14th Street Playhouse, Atlanta, GA House Technician 1990 - 1996; Technical Manager 1996 - 1998; Interim Manager 1998 Responsible for bookings with seasonal clients and new producers. Oversaw a three-theatre facility, including maintenance and upkeep of equipment, scheduling employees and payroll. Worked extensively with companies from all over the world during the Cultural Olympiad of the 1996 Olympics. Ensuring that companies had the best show possible by assisting with load-in, load-out, advising on and running of theatrical shows.

Took over a failing drama program and created moving theatre works with enthusiastic students. Using available skills and resources rebuild the school theatre space.
